Our standard hire is for one night, however we are more than happy to extend the hire for a longer period for a discounted rate, please get it touch. We are flexible with pick-up/delivery times (usually around 4-6pm). Returns are required by 10:30am the following day (for concierge packages we will organise a suitable time to come and pack down).
The weather is definitely something no one can control! If there is rain forecast we will be in touch with you prior to your booking to organise re-booking to more suitable time, failing that we will issue a full refund*. Our gear CAN NOT get wet, so if there is unexpected rain or extreme wind during your booking the equipment must come undercover and we will organise suitable compensation*.

If something comes up and you want to cancel your booking you can do so up to 7 days prior to your scheduled time with no fee! For cancellations within 7-2 days, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations 48 hours or less are not eligible for a refund*

If your concerned about fitting all the gear in your car, please reach out to us! As each car has different boot and cargo space its hard to give a blanket answer, but our general rule of thumb is if the back seats can be folded down to make one large space, it will likely fit!
A Ute tray or trailer is absolutely ideal!

But you will also need access to a power point within 25 metres of the desired projector location.
You will also need to provide your own device to stream to our projector, this can be anything from a phone, laptop, apple tv, gaming console, fire stick etc. Don't stress as we provide a comprehensive range of cables to connect your device up. We do not provide any subscriptions to streaming platforms.
